ACF Bracelets' Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment Processing Times:
- All orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, If orders are received by Noon, they should be shipped out same day.
- An order with an item with more than 10 quantities is considered Special Order. Special Order Items have a processing time of 8-14 business days. Custom Orders falls in the Special Order category as well.
- If there are any shipping delays or issues it will be communicated via Customer's email.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
-Customers will receive an order and shipping confirmation via email. -The tracking numbers will be sent via Customers' email and orders can be tracked through the USPS site.
Damage/Return Policy
Damaged Products:
If you received a damaged product, please take a picture and send it to acfbracelets@gmail.com. Include the following beow in your email:
-Date of Purchase
-Received Date
-Tracking Number
-Description of Product(s), (Picture of Order Confirmation would work)
Once we received this info, we will look into it and email you with further instructions.
Return Policy:
-No Refunds on any items.
-We can exchange any items within 20 days of receipt; however, the customer is responsible for the Return Fees. Please contact us at acfbracelets@gmail.com to confirm if we will accept your exchange before returning the item(s).
